Some think if you don't stop a session frequently & give long speeches, you're not coaching.

What we should be looking for is:

-Number of actions (success %)
-Time on task
-Coach & group relationships
-Scanning
-Fun
-Positive behaviours/actions

These are what truly matters!🙏
