People will leave your life, relationships will break down, people close to you will pass away, bad things can and will happen.

The mind must be fortified to endure.

Wake up on a winter morning at 5 AM, turn on the shower at the coldest setting and hop in.

Your brain will get overwhelmed. You will want to jump out and you have an out.

What will you do in real life, when there is no out?

I have gone through the depths of hell and back.

This lesson I learned a long time ago was the saving grace.

Embrace the suck.
Develop a warrior mindset.
