Ukrainian long-range sanctions continue to limit Russia’s military and economic potential, ensuring the aggressor state feels the impact of the war more directly.

Over the past 24 hours, our forces struck the Novokuybyshevsk refinery—1,000 kilometers from the front line—depriving the Russian war machine of millions of dollars in export revenues. We also hit a logistics hub in the Samara region and targets in the Black Sea.

Previous strikes have yielded confirmed results: at the Saky airfield, a Su-24M aircraft and four pieces of airfield equipment were destroyed, while in the Bryansk region, we took out drone-control relay stations used by the occupiers to guide strike UAVs toward peaceful Ukrainian cities and villages.

I thank all the warriors of Ukraine’s Defense Forces for their effective work and for depriving Russia of its strategic rear.

For the first time in its history, Russia cannot wage war without reinforcements from North Korea. It is now preparing to deploy an additional North Korean contingent on its territory. It has also received additional ballistic missiles from North Korea. Everyone around the world must understand what this means.

This is not only about the lives of people in Ukraine, and not only about the threats we face. North Korea’s ballistic missiles and other weapons are being improved through its collaboration with Russia. The more North Korean strikes there are here in Ukraine, in Europe, the more their missiles and soldiers are used, the more they correct their shortcomings and blind spots, the greater the danger will later be for Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Philippines, and other countries in the region.

That is why, when we speak about the need for joint action, for coordination and mutual support, when we speak about the need to help us strengthen our air defense, we are also, in fact, speaking about taking away North Korea’s appetite and any interest in coming here – to our land and into our skies – with its weapons in order to learn how to wage war. Remarks by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the start of the Cabinet meeting: "Israel rejects the 15-point document. The IDF will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is genuinely disarmed, and will continue to thwart threats against our forces and citizens."

"You have surely noticed an interesting point: Iran attacks all the countries in the region—and even those outside the region—yet there is one country it does not attack: the State of Israel. It hasn't attacked so far—it might attack—but why have long weeks passed without it attacking us? Because it knows what a massive blow we would deal it if it were to do so."

I say this because recently—over the past two days—we have been flooded with a wave of rumors regarding Israeli weakness and retreats on all fronts. What is most amusing is that these attacks come from people who advocated withdrawing from the entire Gaza Strip, not entering Lebanon at all, and refraining from striking Iran. So, I would like to briefly review the situation front by front.

First, Iran: I deeply appreciate President Trump; he is a great friend of ours in the White House. I highly value the historic partnership with the United States in countering Iran’s attempts to acquire nuclear weapons. And I want to emphasize once again: with or without an agreement, as long as I am Prime Minister, Iran will not possess nuclear weapons. For the existence of our cherished state—the state that belongs to us all, the existence of Israel—is not up for negotiation.

Regarding Lebanon—we are hearing various rumors there as well. I want to clarify: in recent days, Israel has operated forcefully in Lebanon, eliminating terrorists—including on the Ali al-Tahir ridge. I cannot go into detail. We are engaged in a very important operation. We are acting with prudence and wisdom—and with determination—alongside the IDF to eliminate threats.

As for the Gaza Strip—first and foremost, I want to clarify the main point: as long as I am Prime Minister, a Palestinian state will not be established—neither in Gaza nor in Judea and Samaria. Neither "Fatah-stan" nor "Hamas-stan."

Regarding specific matters recently in the news, I want to be precise: Israel rejects the 15-point document.
I have heard people say, "You didn't say so." So, here I am saying it again: Israel rejects the 15-point document. The IDF will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is disarmed. And when I speak of disarming Hamas, I mean heavy weaponry, lighter weaponry—all weaponry. We are talking about genuine disarmament, not a sham. We are currently discussing this issue with the Americans. They have ideas—some acceptable to us, others not—and we know how to stand our ground on these matters. We have proven this in the past, and we are proving it today. Furthermore, the IDF will continue to thwart threats against our forces and our citizens.

Israel’s existence and the security of all its citizens are not up for negotiation. We stand firm on these interests. We do this not in advertising agencies, but in reality—on the ground. We have consistently demonstrated this: when we entered Rafah and the Philadelphi Corridor; when we entered Lebanon and eliminated Nasrallah and the rocket stockpiles; and when we struck Iran twice. Unlike those who lecture us, we do what is necessary for Israel’s security, and we are capable of—and know how to—stand our ground, even against our closest allies, when the need arises.
