How can i upload customer invoices. On Seller Tool Kit I'm getting notifications saying i need to upload business customer invoices. Could anyone help me out a bit please

I had a shipment sent off on 19th July. 143 of the 546 units have been located. The rest haven't. Should I be worried about this ? I've never had anything take this long to check in before
