Conservative, skeptical, old MAGA curmudgeon praying for the future of our country. I love my country but not my government! (Happily married!) 🚫DMs/BOTs/Porn
The algorithm will feed you endless amounts of political and cultural "rage bait", if that's what it thinks moves you. I repost it because it seems important, but I'm wondering if it normalizes it. Is our country really going to hell in a handbasket? It sure seems like it. I'm tired, boss...
Hey Jasmine…
Black pilot here.
I think you missed the plot.
Then again, that’s becoming a pattern.
I graduated from West Point.
I went through Army flight school.
I learned to fly the AH-64 Apache.
I deployed to combat and flew 55 combat missions over Baghdad.
Nobody handed me a cockpit because of my skin color.
Nobody lowered the standards for me.
Nobody looked at me and said, “Let’s check a diversity box.”
That’s what people like you don’t seem to understand.
Suggesting that Black pilots, Black engineers, Black doctors, or Black leaders need special preferences to succeed is not empowering, it’s insulting.
I didn’t want a different standard.
I wanted the same standard.
And when you’re flying into combat, the American people don’t care what race the pilot is.
They care whether the pilot is qualified.
Merit isn’t racist.
Excellence isn’t discriminatory.
And reducing every achievement to skin color says far more about your worldview than it does about mine.

Owning a working vehicle in the US is now a matter of life or death in Democrat governed cities.
We are being harassed, r@ped, assaulted, stabbed, shot, and even set on fire on public transportation.

You can’t build an iconic American brand while treating the people who made it successful like they’re the problem. Harley’s leadership still doesn’t seem to understand that.
The Arcane Texas Fact of the Day: Yesterday marked the 184th anniversary of one of the most revolutionary battles in world history, and it took place right here in Texas.
It was on June 8, 1844 that Texas Ranger Captain John Coffee "Jack" Hays and a company of 14 men encountered about 75 Comanches near the Guadalupe River in current Kendall County. In the subsequent hand-to-hand fight, the Comanches were forced to flee after an hour-long battle. In addition to losing their leader, Yellow Knife, estimated Comanche casualties were 20-50 killed or wounded. Hays lost on e man killed and four seriously wounded. The fight was unique in that the Rangers were armed with five-shot Colt Patterson revolvers. A Comanche is reported to have said that the Rangers "had a shot for every finger on the hand." That's what made the Battle of Walker's Creek revolutionary: it is regarded as the first combat engagement in which Samuel Colt's new revolver proved its military value.

She went viral herself, so let’s help her out a little bit more!
Meet US Army PFC Fariah Brewer, a hijab-wearing service member, who while in uniform indicated she would REFUSE commands if they targeted Muslims, giving a thumbs-up in response.
She is an active-duty soldier who converted to Islam in late 2023 and made the statement in a live discussion.
US military regulations require obeying lawful orders; publicly stating intent to refuse them violates the enlistment oath and provides grounds for investigation or discharge.
@DeptOfWar … WeThePeople don’t want traitors among our truly brave and loyal soldiers. Please inform us of when US Army PFC Fariah Brewer is dishonorably discharged!
I can’t believe this is real
Woman who works for California State Parks says they are not legally allowed to clear the brush in Los Angeles
“We're issuing a permit for the homeowners — she tells me that there's legislation saying that the California State Parks are not allowed to clear the brush — So they're quote, not allowed to clear the brush, but they're allowed to issue a permit so that homeowners can clear the brush behind their houses for 100 up to 130 feet.
So all these homes that back up to state land that isn't clear and they're at a clear danger for a wildfire aren't allowed to touch it. They have to get a permit to clear their brush and pay for it, and it's not their land”
Yes this is 100% true, California is making homeowners PAY to clear brush because Democrats passed legislation restricting it for the state
State Parks, Cal Fire, Public land restrictions say State agencies face limitations on large-scale brush clearing due to
- CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) requirements says clearing brush can require lengthy environmental reviews
- Habitat protections for rare plants, animals, or cultural resources
California law (Public Resources Code 4291) requires homeowners in high fire hazard areas to maintain defensible space of 100- 130+ of reduced vegetation around structures. When your property backs up to state land, you often need a permit to clear or thin brush on the state land side
Democrats are corrupt
