@BarristerSecret if rioters attack property and are subsequently identified, can shops, hotels etc take out civil action against them and ruin them financially?

@memorialdevice Maybe, but it was a phenomenon. When the DJ played it at our local nightspot in Durham where teenage me managed to get in regularly it united what was still a very tribal time with trendies, goths, mods, soul boys and proto casuals all hitting the floor
