@CA_EDD I can see that countless people haven’t had their disability claims paid in over a month. And there’s no way to get through to get help or clarify what’s going on since the EDD isn’t taking ANY phone calls.

EDD isn’t just halting the fraudulent disability claims.

@CA_EDD how is it that the maximum number of callers is reached by 8:00AM and 8:01AM.

Tried calling on multiple phones.

This is ridiculous.

@CA_EDD tried calling again multiple times today and still can’t get through. Disabled CA residents haven’t been able to receive their pay for a month

Seems like the EDD Disability department isn’t taking calls.

@CA_EDD today I finally got through and then was immediately hung up on. My payments have been stalled for a month. Please help. There’s no way to contact the disability department.

@CA_EDD I’ve been trying to get ahold of the disability department via phone for over 14 days in a row. I call at least 20 times a day, starting from 8AM and 8:01AM and repeatedly get an automated message that the lines are full. This is impossible. Please help me.
