@TheMrLoophole@theJeremyVine Um, and even if it was only a solo cyclist, doing half thst speed, at what point in that clip would there have been a safe place to pass? Those cyclists will be able to ride much faster, and thus get out of the way quicker, riding as a bunch in exactly the manner shown.
