Reading this passage by @TheElliotPage I finally understood why even dress up is hard. When a cis man wears a skirt he gets to return to being a man after. He is a man dressed up, he goes home to his body, his identity, and everybody sees him. Not everyone has that.

@KaeleyT You know what would have helped….? Universal health care. In Canada the baby would hav been given th best care available 4 free. No1 would hav been forced to make a decision based on $ + as a result less stress + trauma would have been added to an already horrific experience.
