@SleeperRoyals@Royals I can’t say this any clearer. As long as John Sherman owns the team the Royals are screwed. He isn’t in this to compete as an owner. There will always be false hope unfortunately every off season for years to come
@JoakimSzn2 Are you serious? ha ha . Stanton had 24 homers just last season in 280 plate appearances. I know we aren’t the Yankees. They try. Royals don’t
@Ken_Rosenthal@TheAthletic Hitting coaches are meaningless coaches. Players at this level are here for a reason and a coach who usually wasn’t a good major league hitter themselves isn’t going to do much to help
@royalsreview@HoldenGeer Your silly if you think a hitting coach makes that much difference. Most of them couldn’t never hit themselves so of course let them teach hitting
@Royals John Sherman can now begin to do what he does and that’s stay with the same crappy management team and do nothing to give Kansas City baseball a real chance to compete. It will always be next year with Sherman
@KC_Collecting@ryan_landreth Don’t get me wrong. I like Salvy . maybe underrated for his defense. Probably a hall of famer but certainly his personality will help in his getting in.
@KC_Collecting@ryan_landreth Defensively yes always really good. Offensively he’s been a long ball threat with terrible ability to get on base most seasons. In fact one of the easiest outs in baseball . All you have to do is look at his OBP in the years you claim to be paying attention to
