Accepting reports of fraud, waste, and abuse, from employees and subcontractors of the City & County of Los Angeles for misuse of FEMA emergency funding.
@Sonderling47@USDOL@POTUS@Meta Thats great, so Trump is finally rescindimg Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063? Where all federally funded projects are funneled to union labor organization!
@Michelle_Vought How about our Christian values.
Remember, in LA, union members are counting votes for union friendly candidates who support union friendly legislation.
Much like the current administration’s support of Biden's EO 14063 using OMBs memorandum M-25-29 in exchange for votes.
@KevinKileyCA (R) Kiley, the white version of R Kelly, is running around pissing on everything and treating us all like Hoez! He's the Worldstar candidate.
He's never said a thing about Community Benefits Agreements that allow the state to run a union only jobs program using EO 14063!
@RightToWork WLM, We could use a hand out here. Even if it's just putting us in contact with an old legal buddy in the SoCal region for a little advice.
@RightToWork@aldotcom MAM and WLM,
I would still appreciate your response to our last email asking for guidance in filing a complaint against our locally enacted Community Benefits Agreements, created using the language in EO 14063's predecessor EO 13502.
These violate California's CCP 526a.
Help us!
@DrAngela4Health I like Bianco, yet your statement is untrue.
Bianco failed to address union capture of our state and local governments.
Such as mandatory Project Labor Agreements created using Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063. Along with pension spiking by fire & law enforcement officers.
@epaleezeldin@GovCox I guess this would be an excellent opportunity for Trump to rescind Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063 and federally mandated union Project Labor Agreements. Which hands all federally funded construction projects to Marxist labor unions.
Good job Trump, feed those union thugs!
@SBA_Kelly DEI has been replaced by UEI (Union, Equity, and Inclusion).
Executive Order 14063 must be stopped along with Russell Vought's OMB memorandum M-25-29 and the officials perverting FAR regulations to keep EO 14063 and federally mandated union Project Labor Agreements in force.
@SBA_Kelly Stupidly, as Trump likes to say, thinks private labor unions were responsible for his election win. Where he continued to support Obama's Marxist Executive Order 13502 and later Biden's Marxist 14063 in his current term.
Steven Miller, Trump, and Sean O'Brien screwed everyone.
@SBA_Kelly Completely agree. Have you discussed the rescinding of Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063, that President Trump still supports through Russell Vought's OMB memo M-25-29 and perverted FAR regulations?
Federally mandated union Project Labor Agreements are destroying businesses.
@chiproytx Passing the FOCA Act and enacting Texas legislation barring the use of Biden's Marxist Executive Order #14063 locally, would be a good start.
@SecDuffy@USDOT@SecDuffy, After voting for Trump, I'm wondering if you were in the White House when @StephenM lubed up Sean O'brien and let him bend over the president and the American taxpayers to keep Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063? That excludes 92% of workers for not being union!
@Sonderling47@USDOL@EDSecMcMahon@usedgov Keith, It might be time to respond to some of the posts on X. Otherwise, whats the point of posting?
What's the plan for fair hiring? Are you and Russell Vought removing language from FAR regulations and to rescind Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063? (mandatory union PLAs)
I get it. We're trying to be patient. Yet after having Gene Hamilton, co-founder of Stephen Miller's AFLegal telling us to "go pound sand" on EO 14063, while working in the White House, it pissed off workers and their employers.
Contractor or not, stay tuned on Slayden Plumbing and Heating v. GSA.
Who's a liberal? Try Closet Marxist Steven Miller! Yes, That's right, Marxist First Legal loves Biden's Marxist Executive Order 14063! At least Massie wasn't figuratively bent over by Sean O'Brien and labor unions in the White House like President Trump was!
I picture @StephenM and @GeneHamilton standing by with a big bottle of lube helping labor unions screw the entire country by excluding workers from federally funded projects and increasing project costs through exclusionary union mandates and anticompetitive procurement. How can Russell Vought and the FAR Counsel hold their heads up in public?
MEMORANDUM M-25-29? What "Christian" Rebublican signs a Marxist Manifesto? You need to step up to the plate and tell Richard Huhges, Counsel for Claims and Litigation for the GSA when Slayden v. GSA comes to court, he needs to fold. There should also be Injuctive Relief for locally created mandatory exclusionary union PLAs like SANDAG's $5M nonunion max prime and $250K JOC Community Benefits Agreement. Every municipality in San Diego now has a $1M max CBA-PLA that excludes all nonunion workers by blending local funding with federal funds. Thinking unions will flock to the republican party by refusing to rescind EO 14063, is a fools errand.
The minute the next election starts, unions will return to the left. Leaving Rubio or Vance holding the bag.
If Massie is a lousy legislator, or a "One Trick Pony", at least give him credit for standing up against Marxist unions by cosponsoring the FOCA Act. Just stop your Translike Union Equity and Inclusion policies!
@JoshFL321@MotherJones FL? As in Florida? If you're in the 11th Circuit you, as a tax payer, even in a right to work state, or if you know someone that works in construction, are being fucked over by the Trump Administration (the same one we still support). https://t.co/R47mHGjkC8
