« Non régulé » n’est pas un grand mot, cela decrit juste une organisation de marché singulière (differente des actions par exemple) causant de fort volume OTC, en dehors des places (car non régulé)

Cela ne veut pas dire que les acteurs qui le tradent sont non régulés !
