@BestBuy has horrible service. I was simply trying to call the local store to have someone check something, only to be stuck in an impossible national phone tree, then on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a national call center only to have them end the call before any live person

Maybe @BallySports_SW should rethink the graphic sound fx they play during the national anthem. It sounds like a computer farted and is kind of disrespectful.
