Day 11; of my running 5km a day for #ProstateCancerUk was a steady one too! Running is now part of my morning routine 🙌🏻 details below of the challenge of which over 70 people are running 10km a day through November! 🦵💪

I have signed the #BangOutOfOrder RSPCA campaign as these stories are just heartbreaking 💔 take 5mins and read about the impact fireworks have on animals to either be better informed or change it 💕
