@SkyUK The last persona I spoke to didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and kept telling me to try my sky box, I have been told it’s with the network team for the third time in 2 weeks
@SkyUK I have been without broadband for 2 weeks. I have been lied to and messed around every step of the way. Why would you promote fibre if you can’t contractually deliver this to your customers
@SkyUK Hi Louise, everything you could think of, I have had 2 routers and 3 engineers both me and my neighbour are having the same issues, sky are saying it’s open reach and open reach are blaming sky.
@OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp following on from the discussion we had earlier @SkyUK are still trying to say that you are to blame for my fibre not working and I keep being palmed off. Would love it if someone could fix my internet before I go to trading standards
@OpenreachHelp My neighbour and I have had fibre installed 2 weeks ago and since then our internet doesn’t work. 5 engineers have come out and all have said that it’s either the connection at the BT exchange or the cable under the road. Sky and BT refuse to fix it
