Warning to everyone DO NOT ever order form @lightinthebox Still waiting for an order which I placed over 7 weeks ago. Have just received a customs charge...Outraged to pay a £15 delivery charge and now a £17 customs charge for an item to not arrive after 7 weeks!
How have @EON_SE_en stopped every form of communication to customer services? Urgently trying to close account after moving and getting nowhere. Genuinely the WORST provider I have ever been with. If anyone is looking for a new electric provider do NOT go with these conartists
