There's no way people can afford it but there is nothing we can do. @MartinSLewis said there are some reduction with your mortgage might be worth trying.

@CarolineNolan @Fintech_carter @helptobuy @Lenvi_Tech @redditchrachel I did. I started at 8am. Got cut off every hour and continued until someone picked up at 5:10pm. Ensure you click number 2 also as I got through at 11pm but was in the wrong department for redemption so got put back on hold.

I've had to leave my phone in an office today on hold as I'm a teacher and couldn't have my phone with me. The stress people are under 😖

Over 4 hours on hold. I called at 8:00am. Any idea how we will pay £1,700 a month mortgage??? Simply because they will not answer the phone or emails.

@Lenvi_Tech I have filled a complaint and will be taking this further unless we are spoken to. You can not justify this. You can't not change hands and not be provided. We owe a lot of money for this.
