@NissanUSA left me stranded today, on hold with their warranty service for 6 hours. Then they hung up on me at 5:00 p.m. @Nissan thanks for getting me stuck. Absolutely horrendous service, Preferred Gold my ass.

@Nissan kept me on the phone holding for 6 hours and then hung up on me at 5:00 p.m.. now I can't now I'm stranded at work because my car won't recognize my key. @NissanUSA this is HORRIBLE service. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. @CarrNissan you solde a BS policy.

#Samsung has really bad service. Needed warranty repair. That was bad enough. Store broke my case. Samsung support wants me to send old case before shipping new one out. Tells me to use my phone less before receiving new case to avoid damaging phone.

@RBReich We also give everyone roughly 42.5 hours a week and love offering more OT as needed. We make sure people take all of their breaks, and offer flexible schedules. We offer professional education to our leadership team.
It's rough, trying to create great positions and CRICKETS.

@RBReich We START sandwich makers at $17 per hour, with health insurance and a 401k (both of which we participate in), and still struggle currently closed nearly 50% of our business hours because we are so understaffed. There's more to this labor shortage than just wages and benefits.
