I don’t blame them for the stadium taking so long, it’s not unusual for stadium builds to take 10 years of planning.

Large infrastructure projects do take time, the training ground has been slower than hoped though.

The PL should ensure clubs compete from a level financial playing field too

They were 100% up there at the time. Even Liverpool wasn’t top 4 each season

It was only Man Utd were in the top 4 every year, Arsenal joined them in 96 onwards

@NOTLFCJ__ The main grievance over fans have is that the ‘big 6’ have so much money that even if they buy crap for multiple seasons (like Man Utd) or finish 17th multiple years in a row they can just spend huge amounts every year to try and get themselves out of the situation
