@lesstenny I think all nursing homes like child care should be government run. Private run facilities is all about profit and no care. Mum nursing home was suppose to be one of the best. Its my biggest regret having her go in one.

@lesstenny No matter how much they say they care, they don't. They are understaffed over worked. Its all about schedules. My mum 94 towards the end of her life was in one for 3 months. The whole time there, I worried about her more and how she was being treated.

@lesstenny Than when she was home being cared for by home carers who were wonderful. Unfortunately she be ame i capacitance and needed around the clock care. I would never recommend anyone to place thier parents in a nursing home.
