Ppl are hesitant that NFTs make another run cuz they are still thinking of 2021 NFTs.
NFT projects that are solely pfps don't make sense.
But if NFT projects have evolved into memes, community, art, collecting, gaming, entertainment, utility, & IP then you know a run is coming.
