Those people who leave there cats when they move should be held accountable for abandonment and have to spend time in for there cruelty I see this a lot in my community especially cats I rescued a kitten in SC i named her boots someone dropped off kittens in my rural area fortunately i got Boots she’s now 9 yrs old Don’t Just leave your pets when you can’t care for them there your family like many of us /i to was abandoned although i’m a human i two was someones family My point we all feel the pain of separation if you see a abandoned pet call the animal control if you aren’t able-to care for them /they deserve that 👍

I think it’s personally disgusting and I think it demoralizes the children.
