Wow @qatarairways the MOST despicable service, 7 weeks, no refund from our flights, have been direct messaging your team for 2 weeks now with no resolve. YOU OWE US A REFUND MAKE IT HAPPEN.

@qrsupport I already have TWICE, and emailed 3 times, called 4 times. This is the worst airline treatment I’ve ever experienced

@qrsupport Still waiting for a reply Qatar… refund apparently “processed 13th March” but was rejected, our bank has no record of the transaction attempt what so ever. This is honestly disgusting. 6 weeks and no refund. DO SOMETHING QATAR. I’ve been dm’ing your team and still no resolve.

@qatarairways Wow honestly the worst experience ever 1. Requested a travel refund 5 weeks ago. No refund received 2. Tried to book new flights - the consultant gave me the wrong price - even though I clarified 4 times 3. Emailed customer service 3 times across 4 weeks and never heard back.
