Had a great day in discus on my opener meet Sunday. I threw 176’11 in disc and 52’8 in shotput. Shot put needs a lot of work still but headed in the right direction! Also had a javelin throw of 137’8. @tnmilesplit @KnoxCatholic @kchsxctf @ErinBlakeArt @milesplit

Huge PR in shot put today, blessed to move to the top shot putter for girls middle school. I hope I can keep progressing and reaching my goals this season
