@wizzair How long realistically do I have to wait for my flight refund? (Flight was cancelled in 15th April) And why isn’t extra baggage that was paid for being refunded? Thanks

@wizzair Hello, I’ve just received an e-mail to say my flights have been cancelled. I would rather a refund to my bank (as per the email says I can do ) but the app isn’t letting me make this choice. It’s only offering credits.
