Lord Justice Arnold has granted Lex Dominus permission to appeal the decision not to impose a long-term injunction on Panorama Magic in relation to selling the club to another party.

He has considering documentation submitted by Lex Dominus. There was no oral hearing.

In summary Judge Pearce ruled that there was a very real risk that Charlton Athletic could suffer extremely severe consequences if it was not possible for another buyer to invest.
