Recently I visited a nursery manager Joanne who told me what she looks for in newly qualified Early Years Practitioners. So if you’re “hard working, reliable and passionate about how children learn and develop” then enrol on an Early Years course @gatesheadcoll #EarlyYears

Level 3 childcare students leave @gatesheadcoll to go in to employment soon, so took part in paediatric first aid training so we know the children in their nurseries are going to be well taken care of. Edel and Lesley are now fully trained first aiders too! #firstaid #childcare
