@ChrisClarksonMP Parliamentary process isn’t quite my forte, but I’m led to believe that if labour opposed it would have left no restrictions at all, as amendments aren’t allowed. Is this correct?Would this be your preference? You can’t bang on about stance without giving the full context, pickle
