It takes vision to be a coach. It takes seeing something that no one else sees and making people believe. The buy in is 90% of the battle. That’s the best part about coaching! -Coach Alexander

It was a long day….the best part is I kept going. Just know that no matter what you are going through, put one foot in front of the other! Believe in YOU!

🏀Fall SZN🏀
With gratitude and appreciation, I want to sincerely thank our athletes who competed during the fall season. As a former basketball player, college athlete, and one of the leading minds in basketball analytics, nutrition, science, and player development, I truly understand the significance of each competition. To all the athletes, players, @AveryQuad , @CourtsideFilms , @PGHCoachPaul, @Coachashley21 , @lilladie21 , and our guest coaches, Hall of Famers @medercowherd1 and @LyndseyFennelly thank you.

As a reminder, we will soon be sending out our All-Fall Season Teams, comprising roughly 20 to 25 players from the classes of 2025 to 2027, to our college partners. This includes 25 Division I recruiting coaches, 25 Division II coaches, and 25 coaches from Division III and NAIA programs. Additionally, we find it important to include our talented 2028 class, allowing their skills to shine through early. This helps coaches become familiar with the elite talent that is emerging, giving them a head start in building relationships with these players.

My mom once taught me that when you encounter a problem, you have two choices: you can either complain about it or find a solution. In that spirit, we always strive to find solutions. I also want to emphasize that my evaluations are always provided free of charge to camps and showcases because I believe they add an important layer of contacts, promotion, and exposure for our Iowa athletes. I will continue to evaluate various camps and events in collaboration with teams that aim to give more athletes the exposure they deserve. This will involve conducting background research and providing in-depth scouting reports to further support Iowa athletes.

@ChrissieEvert is a Coco Gauff hater. She had zero positive things to say. She even acted like she could care less about @serenawilliams new show when asked about it. This was not the worst match @CocoGauff has ever played! Please don’t let her comment any more of Cocos matches!

Can anyone explain why @AudiCrooks was not awarded two free throws on this foul? This was a crucial part of the game and a huge turning point? The refs dropped the ball! She clearly was in the act of shooting! @CycloneWBB @espn

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@espn Make it make sense! Audi was NOT awarded 2 free throws after this foul that Brink fouled out on! She was shooting a layup! @AudiCrooks @WomensHoops_USA @CycloneWBB WE NEED ANSWERS! This was a shooting foul! Refs dropped the ball!

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@pwademetzger @247Sports He did it all last year & in high school. Just acknowledge the dirty hit. We can’t say what is inevitable if he’s literally been doing this since high school.

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa 2026 @maddyrice05 is defensive minded. She’s going to do all the things that no one else wants to! She can play offense too and will get more confident offensively as she matures! #pghtop250expoia

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa 2027 @PaigeAndernacht is ahead of her class with physicality. She held her own against taller & older girls today! She’s a strong 5’10” and will continue to get better. #pghtop250expoia

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa 2026 @izzy_eisbach16 is not quietly good she’s just flat out good! Plays full court D, shoots the ball well, gets to the hoop well and communicates with her team. Great combo guard at 5’9”! #pghtop250expoia

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa What’s not to like about the 2026 duo from Maquoketa? @aubreykroymann & @Cora_Widel44 both stand over 6ft tall and are easily some of the most skilled bigs in Iowa! #pghtop250expoia

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa 2026 Samantha Becker is sneaky good. Doing all the little things and kept her team in games. Great communicator on the court! #pghtop250expoia

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]

@PGHIowa Great things coming for 2026 @sachaalesch14 quick release on her shot and has great court vision!

[Charmaine Alexander @CharmDAlexander]
