@PostcodeLottery I’ve tried to cancel my subscription, but it’s been virtually impossible! I spent an hour and 48 minutes on the phone trying, only to give up in frustration. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t access my account, yet they’re still taking £12 from it each month.
