@AmazonUK Having been a prime member for 4 years your company has been an absolute joke my delivery's this year have been abysmal packages not arriving constantly late & now this week 3 days late customer service useless I've been lied about why & told it was damaged at one point
@AmazonHelp I have & they have said that I will receive a code within 24 hours if said code doesn't arrive by 12.00 tonight you haven't fulfilled the next day delivery this is happening far to often amazon is not what it used to be
@AmazonUK Once again amazon have disappointed me sent me a tracking number instead of a pick up code so I cannot receive my parcel today as promised let down again not good enough

@AmazonHelp As stated I already looked & it is no help at all anyway no worries if I order anything again I'll bear in mind it will probably take a week to come even if you say otherwise
@AmazonUK I am a prime member so why is my order taking almost a week to arrive this has happened multiple times this year & it is impossible to complain on the app as you have changed the way this is done not happy at all
@AmazonHelp I appreciate that errors can occur but why when purchasing does it say tomorrow & you email to confirm this I pay Β£8.99 a month for this service & that link you sent doesn't help at all
