Signed up with @coolideas_ZA fibre and with in the same day they were ready and waiting for me to activate my fibre 😭 why can't all ISP's be like this, my current ISP can't even cancel fast enough. I just want my fibre up & running 🥺

3. It also takes them up to 30 days to cancel. My new ISP is already sitting and waiting to activate our fibre as everything is already sorted, all with in a day. I can't wait for this to be over.

1. I just want to vent that I was so excited to get back to normal life things this weekend, only to find out my mum put herself on a 10mb fibre line with Vodacom that is absolutely trash. No wonder my brothers were always raging.

2. Getting cancelled and switched over to a different ISP has been an absolute pain. Vodacoms fibre department is literally a ticketing system and responds with in 24 to 48 hours on even the most simple of questions. They don't know what they're doing.
