GOLDEN MILK
• 2 cups milk of any kind (oat or whatevs)
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
• Sweetener of choice
Heat it up and whisk or whip it. Look it’s golden milk!
