Really poor service from @SamsungUK , phone supposed to arrive today, get an email saying delayed by another two weeks. Ridiculous. Part of me thinks they are delaying it so I can't claim the chromebook as it will be over 30 days. Anyone else having this issue?

@Wineisallforme @JustEatUK @HarvesterUK @UberEats @Deliveroo Well the restaurant refunded them to give it back to me but apparently they are keeping it, absolute crooks I will definitely never be using them again

@JustEatUK I've been waiting 5 days for a reply from your customer service regarding a refund for an order. I've spoken to @HarvesterUK who have sent my money back to you, so where is my reply and refund? Really poor form from you guys.
