Concern for conduction system pathology. The patient needs a pacemaker from the EM doctor's POV

@ecgandrhythmRoe Marked bradycardia could be due to an optimally conditioned athlete's heart, but the dropped QRS is not explained. These narrow QRS complexes and the PR interval appear consistently equal in length; Therefore, I suspect a Mobitz block in this case.
