@Yoco_ZA day 5 of zero connectivity with my Neo device. Yes, I have tried the bluetooth via your app. Does not work! Beyond flipping frustrated! How are we meant to run a business like this?!?!
@Yoco_ZA, sadly, since I have had no connectivity with my neo machine for the past 3 days due to technical problems on your side, I will no longer recommend your product or services. I have lost so much money from turning clients away!
@Yoco_ZA I would if my machine connects via bluetooth to the app on my phone. They can not communicate with each other... so this is now more than just an inconvenience! It is a total loss of income. 3 days and still no resolution? Am I the only one who finds this unacceptable?
