Day 6 - Tanga - afternoon

Day 1 - as already mentioned, we arrived safely after an epic 10 hour journey from Moshi and arrived to this view! @CharnwoodColl @RutherfordTrips @camptanzania

On the way back to camp, we stopped for coconuts at a nearby boma. Freshly picked, they were delicious (kitamu)!

The late bus meant that we were able to see this cloud which was shaped like an elephant 🐘 This was the perfect end to our time as #teamndovu (Team Elephant). We are currently in Kilimanjaro airport waiting to board the plane ✈️

Day 7 - Tanga

Started with an amazing sunrise followed by a sudden rain storm that delayed our departure to the village for project.

Day 10 - Tanga to Moshi transfer

Today we left Tanga and started our long journey home to the UK.

A late bus gave us the opportunity to play sunrise volleyball and sag goodbye to the wonderful @camptanzania team.
