@Wickes Please could you provide a RAL code for the paint used on the Wickes Heritage Sage kitchen. Trying to touch up mine and colour matching does not work as the door fronts have a sheen which confuses the laser. I had tweeted on Sunday but had no response, Thank you 😊

@curryspcworld Why have you suddenly raised the price of Product: 149846 since last week so that it’s far more expensive than anywhere else? Even with £60 off it’s still dearer than @jlandpartners . If you advertise an offer, be honest to make it an actual offer. Don’t pretend.
@TeamKnowhowUK 5 of 6 I would really appreciate if you can look into this. You surely cannot have stores advertising posters with the slogan “you won’t pay more” if stores are happy to make you pay more? That and the attitude of staff members towards their customers needs to be addressed.

@TeamKnowhowUK 1 of 6 This is your Torquay branch. The floor manager we dealt with was not very helpful at all, to be honest he was belittling and smug the first time we were in the store. Another member of the management team reluctantly authorised the transaction after one hour in the store
@TeamKnowhowUK They said I can’t use a gift card to purchase the items at the store we are price matching against so I can’t use it. Why should I pay more for an item because I want to pay via gift card?
@TeamKnowhowUK Thank you for your help. Sadly, I was turned away from doing so in store. I have put my disappointment in writing via email. Couldn’t believe a purchase just shy of £2000 would be turned away so flippantly.
