@Flattradein Customer care is so bad. "I pledged the XYZ quantity of gilt bees, @Flattradein broker is only showing very low quantity as pledged. Due to this my collateral margin is showing low. I’ve been trying to get help from @Flattradein for a week, but they’re not responding

The customer care team has no idea how to solve this issue. They just keep putting me on hold or hanging up in the middle. It's been over a week, and I’m done waiting. I'm usually very patient, but I can't waste another week on this terrible client management service.
