My friend bought a second-hand iPhone from Cashify a month ago!

The phone was working great for 10-15 days, but then it started malfunctioning a bit!

When my friend took the phone to the Cashify store, they said it would fix itself after an update.

But after a month, the iPhone's battery swelled, making the phone even thicker!

After this, my friend went to the Cashify store again and was turned away, saying that this could have happened if someone had tampered with her phone!

First, they say it will fix itself, then they blame the customer!

This is absolutely wrong. You should never buy a second-hand phone from Cashify, as they don't provide any customer support. If something happens,

@tataplayfiber I recharged yesterday for a 3 month plan and it showed an incorrect plan expiry date. I called and was told my previous plan had 'autorenewed' - but she'll cancel that plan and activate the right plan. That was 45 mins ago & now I can't even login to my account?

@tataplayfiber I'm also unable to login to the Tata Play Fiber app... It worked just fine before I had called, and it has stopped working for me after the lady made changes to my account.
