I do not like it when Paramedics, Nurses call me Chief….

Chief is supposed to be reserved for your immediate senior in hierarchy (according to what I understand oh, no take am as personal attack if it means something different for you) , ie HO calls Reg Chief, Reg calls SR Chief, depending on the age of the Consultant, SR may call the Consultant Chief, dem no born me well to call Consultant Chief, it’s Sir or Ma.

Paramedics and Nurses have their own hierarchy, so calling a Doctor chief is weird to me, it’s something Thats supposed to be for their seniors in the profession…
