@elyssaswaaan She has kids she has to take care of but her boyfriend doesn’t have a job and that’s who there always with. As I work full time plus some and so does my boyfriend. But I have to come in early so she can leave in time? Her kid is also 3 years older then Sophia.

@elyssaswaaan I’m on both sides of this, just because clearly I have a kid. I always have a back up plan if I get stuck at work. But my job is way different then yours. I also have another girl that is a manger so she’s under me that tells me she has to leave on time every day because
