We need NFL head coaches to check as many of the identity boxes as possible!

That’s what we need in competitive sport!

I know! The NFL should have quotas! So that it’s “equal” across the board. Fire all the sitting head coaches who earned the job so we can balance out this injustice and put someone in based entirely on their identity!! Great idea.

And the more boxes you check, the better coaching job you should get, too!

So let’s replace Andy Reid with a fat, black, gay, disabled head coach in a wheel chair.

Let’s give Vrabel’s job to a trans woman who dresses up as a furry on the sidelines!
