Stop this ducking nonsense about potentially sacking Arteta.
He is up there with the finest coaches in the world.
Absolutely elite.
Just be grateful that Arsenal have him and that we are continually fighting for the top prizes.
I’m going to be insufferable in summer… not because I’m an “Arsenal fan” but because in the past 3 years I have witnessed…
- Liverpool fans holding a banner of Arteta dressed as a woman “Never the bride”
- Tottenham celebrate their team losing to City at home
- Haaland “Stay Humble”
- David Bentley break into Arteta’s office, take his beer and mock Arsenal because Spurs won Europa
- Slot, Hurzeler, Ten Hag, Amorim etc… complain about Arsenal’s style of football & claim that they should’ve won matches against us
- Rival fans say Arsenal don’t deserve to win the prem because they’re not “entertaining”
- Liverpool fans “drinking Arsenals tears” at a parade
- Constant calls of being “bottlejobs” from rival fans
- The silly culture of watch alongs from fans who gain fame from hating on Arsenal when their teams aren’t even in the title race or rivals of Arsenals (Kee Thomas I’m talking to you)
- Second again chants at stadiums.
- Gary Neville constantly berating our club, when he’s praising other teams for doing the same
- Jamie Carragher saying “Get down the tunnel” for a simple celebration
- Man City fans talking about “We’re breathing down on you”
- Lastly, every time we win people tell us to shut up & run online narratives because it’s Arsenal but praise other clubs for doing the same…
And I’m sure I’ve missed some.
So don’t judge Arsenal fans when we’re out n about in London with kits on. When the trophy parade shuts down the entirety of North London & Northwest London. We deserve this.
The fact that Arsenal fans are claiming 'North London is red' after signing an 18-year-old centre back nobody heard of 2 months ago when we just signed Ndombele (ahead of Madrid, Juventus etc.) for £62m and look to break our transfer record again really is funny.
Arsenal need to lean into these "boring"/"time-wasting"/"Set Piece FC" accusations. Let the wider world sneer. Create a siege mentality. Dig in. Be mean. For around two decades they were accused of being too soft, now they are apparently the opposite. Ride the hate-wave.
People don't grasp how cathartic an Arsenal title win would be for the sport of football; it would be the triumph of a pure project. A real process. A legally built revival. It would be a genuine story of sporting meritocracy standing against the sportswashing nations.
Paul Scholes: "I don't think they should give out the trophy this year"
Some of Scholes' PL wins:

- 80 points – Manchester United (2000-01 and 2010-11) - 4th and 5th lowest
