I hear you've now nerfed your models so that when people try to use them to clean the spamware and spyware out of their televisions, you block that.

If you really want Chinese open-weight models and open-source projects like OpenWaldo to eat your lunch, crippling your models so that people paying expensive subscriptions can't use them for completely legitimate purposes is a great way to accomplish this.

If, on the other hand, you'd rather have a volume business, maybe stupid arbitrary restrictions that look like they have the sole purpose of protecting corporate sleazeballs aren't such a good idea.

With @DataRepublican’s release of The Democracy Files over the last week, I have a request. Please be praying for our country, our leaders, and the elections leading up to midterms November 3rd.

“Breaking” and “Beliefs” are two of the unnamed Bs in the 4 B movement. They don’t have plans to just break our government structure and the constitution. They have to break you and your beliefs too.

These people not only have an end goal of communism with a one world government, they also have the goal of one world religion. <—Typing that makes me feel like I’m going to be hauled off to the looney bin, because it truly sounds insane. It’s not. These are their plans.

It’s so hard to begin to understand the gravity of what our country is facing if the left gets control. I know every election people always make it sound like *THIS* election is the one that will determine the survival of our country, but we’re at a point where it really is true. It won’t happen immediately after they get control, but it will happen over the next decade. You can bookmark that.

If you love freedom (actual freedom from government intervention, not the “freedom” the left speaks about), American values and everything this country represents, you HAVE to vote like your very way of life depends on the outcome of, not only midterms, but all elections going forward. It is your civic duty to vote. We cannot allow our country to fall into the hands of these people that wish to see everything that makes America the greatest country in the world flushed down the toilet to be replaced by a dystopian third world hell hole. It’s our responsibility to the future generations to save this country. This isn’t the time for “teaching lessons” to the republican politicians or refusing to vote because Congress hasn’t been accomplishing everything we wanted. The time for teaching lessons is primaries. If we can pull off some wins in midterms to maintain control, we will be afforded the opportunity to fight another day against the evils that want to see our country fall.

No, We Don’t Owe You an Audience
Sexuality belongs in the private realm. It is intimate by definition. If you feel compelled to wear your kink on your sleeve—or on a float, or in a first-grade classroom—you are not inviting understanding, you are demanding submission. You are violating others’ right not to participate.
Consent doesn’t vanish because your fetish is “progressive.” If anything, the burden is higher.
No one consents to being flashed on the subway. No one consents to a stranger’s arousal. No one consents to a stranger telling their child about masturbation, kink, gender identity, or pornographic categories under the guise of “inclusive sex ed.” Yet all of this is happening now—in public parks, in classrooms, in televised programming.

Children Are Not Here to Validate You
Children are not queer. Children are not sexual. Children do not need to “see themselves represented” in a spectrum of adult desire. This idea—that identity is only valid if sexualized and mirrored—is narcissism, not pedagogy.
There is no legitimate reason to initiate a child into the language of sexual preference, gender identity, or alternative lifestyles. The only people who benefit from that dynamic are those looking to normalize boundary violations.
Let me state it plainly:
Children who are not going to have sex do not need to be exposed to sexuality.
Period.
Any adult who insists otherwise is not confused. They are grooming.
Public Fetishism Is Not Liberation
There is a vast difference between being gay and demanding the right to simulate sex acts in front of children. Between being transgender and insisting on teaching kindergartners about breast removal. Between being proud of who you are and insisting the whole world observe your kink play in the street.
This is not diversity. This is decay.
Men in dog masks being walked on leashes by their lovers are not brave—they are forcing strangers into their psychodrama. This is exhibitionism, and when children are present, it becomes criminal exhibitionism.
We used to know this. Peeping, flashing, voyeurism—these were considered red flags. Dangerous behaviors. Early signs of escalation. Now they’re filmed, hashtagged, and funded by public grants.
Stop Calling It Love—It’s Entitlement
This is not about who you love. It’s about how you demand to be seen. If you need the entire public to witness, applaud, and adapt to your sexuality, you’re not a pioneer—you’re an emotional colonizer.
Love does not demand a captive audience. It does not parade past toddlers. It does not demand that schools teach four-year-olds about “preferred pronouns.” Love protects children. Love guards modesty. Love waits.
And if you can’t wait—if you need to be seen, affirmed, and obeyed—you’re not talking about love. You’re talking about power.
Consent Applies to Culture, Too
We teach children that consent is sacred—so why are we failing to apply that lesson to public life?
No child consents to drag queen story hour.
No parent consents to leather harnesses on city floats.
No woman consents to being exposed to male sexuality in the ladies’ room, or in the school library, or anywhere she cannot opt out.
Consent is not just for sex. It’s for everything.
Attention. Language. Presence. Ideology. Imagery.
And we are done pretending we don’t notice when it’s violated.
The boundary is back.
And we are drawing it in bold.

They're calling it the Bugpocalypse. LLMs are being used to find long-hidden cracks in the software infrastructure, and it's happening at a furious rate. 3% of all compromises in computing history happened in the last week, claims one source? I believe it.

There are people saying public access to the frontier models ought to be locked out, or heavily guardrailed, over this. The problem with that idea can be summed up in one sentence: when lockpicks are outlawed, only outlaws will have lockpicks.

The lockpicks will be Chinese open-weight models, if nothing else. There's no way to stop those from becoming ubiquitous.

There are two futures in front of us. One in which only the bad guys have lockpicks, and security holes go undiscovered until they're exploited. Another in which everybody has lockpicks and is aggressively red-teaming their own software so it gets fixed before the holes are exploited.

The corpus of human code is huge but finite. The number of defects in it has to be finite too. We can fix those defects now; we have a million friendly robots to do it with.

The only way out is through.
