@JoShapiro3 As educators we are vested in the psychological safety of our trainees. People who gravitate towards negative behaviors push the threshold of micro aggressions. What hierarchy of response have you found effective at stopping micro aggressive behavior? @MayoAnesRes
There is a hierarchy of responsibility, not a hierarchy of respect. All members of the health care team should be shown the same level of respect and appreciation as the next regardless of seniority. A wonderful presentation by @JoShapiro3@SEAnesHQ
