@MagicHeldFaded Theo chuckled as well once the two reached their destination. She held one of Aeronwen's hands tight as she breathed in the fresh air.
"I agree. Oh, it's been far too long. I'm excited to be here again!" She adjusted the blanket she was carrying and let Ryoko down so that he --
@MagicHeldFaded "Aww that's perfectly fine! Besides, I'm sure we have more than enough food for the picnic."
Before taking Aeronwen's hand, Theo positioned Ryoko so that he sort of hung around her shoulders along with the blanket. Then she took her girlfriend's outstretched hands and grinned.--
@MagicHeldFaded Theo maintained a tight grip on Ryoko to keep him from getting into the plum basket. But she smiled brightly at Aeronwen's gesture. Giving a mock bow back, she gently took the plum that was offered to her.
"Thank you, my darling. Are you all set with the plums?"
@MagicHeldFaded -- feathered friend!" It wasn't until the bird started to caw that she realized who it was. "Aeronwen! You goofball, what were you thinking? Are you hurt at all?"
@MagicHeldFaded While holding Ryoko, Theo continued to search the tree for her girlfriend. She was about to call out a again, when a small thud cause her to jump.
"Oh goodness!" She gave the dragon a squeeze before turning around and seeing the black bird behind her.
"Hey there, my --
@MagicHeldFaded Theo followed suit, breaking into a light jog when Ryoko chattered. She found herself at the tree just in time to see their dragon jump into the basket of plums.
"Ryoko! Hey!" Theo quickly picked him up out of the basket, a plum attached to his mouth. "It's not nice to take --

Ryoko looked at her for a moment before hopping off. He began to run in the direction of that tree Aeronwen liked so much.

"Ryoko! Hey sweetie." Theo gave the dragon a gentle pat on the --
"This should be fun. The name's Barabor Galanodel, archdruid of the Bairn tribe of the Averwyn Order. I can see a lot of my family's already here- me daughter Raeden, my niece Aeronwen, and who can forget me own brother Aureum!"
@ElvenAeronwen "Awww Aeronwen... You're going to make me blush." It was clearly too late for that. But Theo didn't mind in the slightest. She rested her head on her girlfriend's shoulder and smiled.
"I love you so much."
@ElvenAeronwen *It had been over three years since young Theodora left her modern home to live with the Averwyn Order. She had learned their ways and earned a place despite being human. And even though she wasn't born there, Theodora had never felt more at home.

@ElvenAeronwen Why would you change to be more human? I fell in love with an elf. *Theo said with a grin. She let go of Aeronwen's hand and wrapped her arm around her girlfriend's waist*
There's no need to worry about me, love. If I'm ever unhappy, I'll tell you. Though that won't really --
@ElvenAeronwen *Theo couldn't help but raise a brow at Aeronwen's question* Like you said, I'm living here now. So I've adapted to your ways. And not that I want you to change, but what could you possibly change for me? You can't exactly change something about your lifestyle to match that --
@ElvenAeronwen -- scared to try. It's trying to survive or make a name for yourself cause we all this stupid fear of being forgotten. A normal human life was never going to be enough for me. I gladly gave that up because I want nothing more than to be here with you, Aeronwen.
