@AskeBay I DID DM with your twitter team ,this is the reply I got … basically telling me to take it up with my mail carrier ….they’re not responsible YOU are and not only that the seller has no sales and has had the account for THREE WEEKS , I’ve been an eBay customer for MANY years.
