Who is Allah (God)?
"Allah" is simply the Arabic word for God. He is the same universal God worshipped by people of all faiths. The word "Allah" is sometimes preferred over God because it is neither masculine nor feminine. Also, there is no plural for "Allah."
Muslims are ordered not to attack others' beliefs or engage in conflicts or debates about matters of religion. There is no formal ceremony for conversion. People must merely believe in and recite the Shahada to convert to Islam.
Islam teaches us to be merciful to the entire creation, to Muslims and non-Muslims, to friends and enemies and even to the animals. Allah said: "We have not sent you except as mercy to the worlds." Surat al-Anbiya 21:107
Thinking Well of Others Relieves the Heart
Nothing relieves the heart and makes one happy more than thinking well of others. It protects one from the harm of worrisome thoughts that disturb his peace of mind and exhaust the body.
Tough times strengthen one's belief, as they train him to make du’a, rely upon Allah, have patience and adapt to different situations. And out of Allah’s Mercy, they even expiate his sins.
