@HomeDepot Package was delivered damaged. Trying to process the return but can't get hold of a human. We only have a 7 day return window. We'd like to return it ASAP.
@HomeDepot I spoke to online Customer Support about the return & they said my closest store (Daly City Home Depot) would pick up the return from us since it's too big & heavy to haul to the store or UPS store but Jake at Daly City Home Depot says they won't & to contact online CS
@HomeDepot bought 5 gift cards today at 11:20pm. Used 2 the other 3 wouldn't work. Called & found out they had been used at 5:45 pm. Had trouble at Home Depot getting my money
@HomeDepot This morning I attempted to contact a representative on the phone. After three attempts, I finally reached someone, but it was practically impossible to understand them. They were probably in the Philippines. The quality of the call was 3 out of 10. IOW, not usable.
Shame @Lowes has no cashiers at our store now. Last thing I want to do after a long day is work for you (for free)😡 Hire some people & pay them a decent wage. This failure will send me to @HomeDepot while they still have some humans working!
